Stew Ingredients

A hearty blend of root vegetables and slow-cooked protein, crafted to support wellness and provide deep hormonal comfort.

The Base

2 lbs Grass-fed beef chuck or mushrooms

3 large Carrots, thick diagonal slices

2 stalks Celery, chopped

Flavor & Wellness

4 cups Bone broth or vegetable stock

2 tbsp Fresh rosemary, finely minced

1 tsp Smoked paprika & cracked pepper

01

Prepare the aromatic base by sautéing finely diced onions, carrots, and celery in a heavy-bottomed pot with olive oil until they are softened and fragrant.

02

Increase the heat and add the beef chunks. Sear them until a deep brown crust forms on all sides, then stir in the garlic and tomato paste for depth.

03

Deglaze the pot with a splash of broth or wine, scraping the flavorful bits from the bottom. Pour in the remaining broth and add fresh thyme and rosemary.

04

Cover and simmer on low for two hours. During the final thirty minutes, add the cubed potatoes and frozen peas, cooking until the vegetables are tender.

05

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Whisk in a cornstarch slurry if a thicker consistency is desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Serving Tips

Serve this hearty stew piping hot in wide, shallow bowls. Garnish with a generous handful of fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon to brighten the earthy flavors. A side of crusty gluten-free bread is perfect for catching every last drop of the rich broth.

Storage Tips

Allow the stew to cool completely before transferring to airtight glass containers. It keeps beautifully in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, as the flavors continue to develop. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months—just thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating gently on the stovetop.
